  1. Detailed Description of Goods and/or Services
    My Smart Laser trades in the laser supply industry, providing materials.

  2. Delivery Policy
    Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days, and delivery will be confirmed by email or phone. Sales that include courier services will be delivered by third-party couriers. My Smart Laser utilizes third-party couriers and is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport. Please refer to our FAQ page for more details regarding our free delivery option.

  3. Return and Refunds Policy
    The provision of goods and services by My Smart Laser is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, My Smart Laser will refund the client in full within 7 days.

Cancellation of orders will incur a 20% administration fee. Goods sold on sale cannot be returned or canceled. Goods with factory defects will be replaced free of charge.

Refunds and exchanges will only be processed for incorrect goods supplied. Refunds and exchanges due to customer order errors will carry the liability of delivery charges, including any discounts on such charges, and may also incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.

  1. Customer Privacy Policy
    My Smart Laser shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

  2. Payment Options Accepted
    Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners, or American Express Cards, or by bank transfer into My Smart Laser’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

  3. Card Acquiring and Security
    Card transactions will be acquired for My Smart Laser via PayGate (Pty) Ltd, which is the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website. Users may visit www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  4. Customer Details Separate from Card Details
    Customer details will be stored by My Smart Laser separately from card details, which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more details on PayGate, refer to www.paygate.co.za.

  5. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
    The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

  6. Responsibility
    My Smart Laser takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

  7. Country of Domicile
    This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and L&E Trust chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communications of whatsoever nature, 68 Kyalami Boulevard, Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, JHB, 1865.

  8. Variation
    My Smart Laser may, at its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

    This website is run by My Smart Laser, based in South Africa, trading as SA Argus Laser Supplies with registration number IT3632/2006, with L. Smith and E. Smith as Trustees.
