• No parcels will be packed or dispatched before funds have cleared in our account. For priority fulfillment, it is advised to pay for your order online using one of our payment partners: PayFast, Peach Payments, or PayFlex.
• Unfortunately, no payments on collection will be accepted during this time.
• Please note that due to high order volumes, parcels may take up to 2 working days to dispatch. Cutting orders may have a lead time of up to 4 days before dispatch.
• Unfortunately, no same-day or overnight deliveries will be available. Orders will be fulfilled strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No refunds on sale items unless there is a factory fault.
• Please wait for your email notification confirming that your parcel is ready before collecting it or sending your courier.
