I placed my order on Monday, 17 November, and received it on Friday, 28 November via Fastway, after delivery was deferred due to address issues.
Sam and Cecil provided their usual excellent assistance, and the service from them was very good. However, the delivery experience was disappointing this time. I normally receive my orders the next day, but this one was delayed. In addition, the packaging arrived ripped, and the wrapping used was not suitable for protecting the goods.
I recommend having a serious discussion with your shipping partner, as these issues are leaving a negative impression on the overall customer experience.
That said, I want to emphasize that I have always had 100% positive experiences with SA Agus in the past — this was my first disappointing one
